Acceptance and Effectiveness of Terms
By accessing the bd8 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between bd8 and the member. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to all bd8 services, including the mobile version, web interface, promotional offers, and customer support. bd8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Members are advised to review this page regularly at their own discretion.
The minimum age to use this platform is 18. Minors are not permitted to register with or use any services on bd8. bd8 may request relevant documentation to verify a member's age at any time.
Account Registration & Security Policy
All members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering with bd8. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Each individual may only operate one account; registering multiple accounts is not permitted under any circumstances.
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please notify bd8's support team immediately. bd8 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
For account verification, bd8 may request a copy of your National ID card or passport. These documents are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of identity verification. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All members must comply with applicable Bangladeshi laws while using the bd8 platform. Using the platform for any illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any form of deception is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Using software bots, automated scripts, or any other technical means to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited. Intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the gaming platform, as well as participating in collusive cheating against other members, is also completely forbidden. bd8 operates active monitoring systems to detect and prevent such misconduct.
Members are expected to treat all other users on the platform with respect. Harassment, abusive comments, or any form of aggressive communication will not be tolerated. Platform content may not be distributed to third parties or used for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.
Payment, Transaction & Withdrawal Terms
All financial transactions on bd8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Members must only use payment methods registered in their own name; transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Before processing any withdrawal request, bd8 verifies your identity and confirms that all applicable betting requirements have been met. Every effort is made to complete withdrawals within the stated timeframe; however, delays may occur due to banking system processing or verification procedures. Separate terms may apply to withdrawals involving bonus or promotional funds.
If a suspicious transaction is detected, bd8 may temporarily place a hold on it pending investigation. Where evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, the relevant funds may be seized and legal action may be taken. bd8 retains records of all financial transactions for the period required under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Bd8's liability is limited in respect of any loss arising from technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures on the platform. Members use the platform at their own risk, and bd8 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses resulting from gaming activity. bd8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The bd8 website, app, logo, graphics, software, game content, and all proprietary materials are the exclusive intellectual property of bd8. Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. bd8 reserves the right to take legal action against any infringement of its intellectual property.
The bd8 website may contain references to third-party services or content. bd8 is not responsible for the activities or content of any third party. Members who use third-party services do so under the terms and conditions of those respective services.
Account Policy, Terms Updates & Governing Law
Bd8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, evidence of fraud, operating multiple accounts, failure to complete identity verification, or prolonged inactivity. Where possible, members will be notified in advance before any account closure and given the opportunity to withdraw legitimate funds.
Bd8 may update, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify members via their registered contact details. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute or disagreement will first be directed to bd8's support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through mutual discussion, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
